Less than a week until Valentine’s? Are you ready?! We are! We’ve got a lovely little dinner date at home planned.. with the kiddos I’m sure. In some of my other posts, I’ve mentioned that we don’t eat out – ever. I honestly have not eating away from home in over a year and have no immediate plans to. I greatly miss the convenience of eating out but we can’t sacrifice any food issues so our choice is to stay in. That being said, we are getting to be experts in at-home-dating. There are so many options to making a special Valentine’s dinner or even just a date night meal at home. You can be as simple or as fancy as you want and by all means – grab some quality pre-made foods to save some time if you can!
