Tropical Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for summer! It features some great tropical fruits that make you feel like you are on a nice tropical beach…. okay so it might not do that BUT it does offer some great nutrition in a simple on-the-go form! Makes 2 servings

Tropical Smoothie wm

1 medium banana
1/4 cup mango, diced
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup pomegranate
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Dash of ginger
1 tsp protein powder, optional
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
Handful of ice, optional

Throw ingredients in a blender and pulse for about 15 seconds. Enjoy
