Pumpkin Spice Latte Oatmeal
A simple breakfast oatmeal featuring all the flavors of a pumpkin spice latte using dairy-free milk and gluten-free oats.

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring milk and coffee to a boil. Add in oats, cover and cook on low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add in maple syrup, pumpkin and cinnamon. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes before serving. Top with additional maple syrup if desired.
