Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, paprika, salt and garlic powder.
  2. Add in pumpkin, cheese, eggs, olive oil and milk until just combined.
  3. Spoon into a greased or lined muffin pan. Bake at 350F for about 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  4. Let cool about 5 minutes before serving. Top with butter if desired.
