This breakfast meal is our go-to after we’ve indulged a little too much – usually after a holiday or celebration. I saw a meme that said “The week between Christmas & New Years: I don’t know what day it is, I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing, I should probably eat a vegetable.” While funny, it’s so true.
