Parmesan Mushroom Bowtie Pasta
A simple, yet delicious pasta dinner that is easily made vegetarian! Perfect date night meal or even a weeknight meal!

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken breasts. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken breasts for about 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook bowtie pasta according to directions. Drain and return to saucepan.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, remove from skillet and slice. Add mushrooms, garlic, spinach, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and broth to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Toss pasta in skillet with mushrooms. Add in parmesan cheese, sliced chicken and tomatoes. Stir gently and serve.
