  1. In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together marmalade, mustard and coconut aminos (or soy sauce).
  3. Line a baking dish with foil and place salmon fillets skin side down. Sprinkle over seasoning mixture. Top each filet with marmalade mixture.
  4. Bake at 375F for about 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
