Orange Glazed Salmon

Looking for a new Lent recipe? Or maybe a unique way to enjoy salmon? Try this!

My family requested a new recipe to enjoy during Lent and I wanted something with salmon. I began searching the pantry for something to give it a twist. I saw some orange marmalade and definitely had my doubts. However, the sweet, citrus flavor pairs so well with the spice blend. It was a huge hit at our house and will definitely be enjoyed all year long!

It can be hard to find a jelly/jam/marmalade that doesn’t include a ton of sugar. St. Dalfour brand features a TON of flavors that are sweetened with fruit juice. You can find them on Amazon or health food stores like Natural Grocers or Whole Foods.
