  1. In a large skillet, cook chicken breasts in oil for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through
  2. Add in onion, garlic, asparagus, tomatoes and pine nuts. Cover and cook for about 10 additional minutes or until asparagus is soft.
  3. Add in pasta, salt, pepper, basil and lemon juice and zest. Toss to combine and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese if desired.
