Easy Ranch Kale Chips
A simple way to make a tasty kale chip using either the dehydrator or oven! Turn that kale into the perfect healthy snack!

Dehydrator Method
  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. In a large bowl, combine fresh kale, oil and seasoning blend. Gently toss to coat kale chips in seasoning and oil.
  2. Place kale pieces in a single layer on a dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 150F for 3-4 hours or until crisp.
Oven Method
  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. In a large bowl, combine fresh kale, oil and seasoning blend. Gently toss to coat kale chips in seasoning and oil.
  2. Place kale pieces on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200F for 1.5-2 hours or until crisp.
Recipe Notes

NOTES: to save even more time, you can use a ranch dressing packet to coat the kale pieces.
