Quick & Easy Turkey Wraps

If you are short on time for lunch, you don’t have to sacrifice health or flavor. In my day job as an accountant, I see a lot of unhealthy food choices. What I have observed is time is key! It is so much easier to throw in a frozen dinner or drive down to the fast food place. However, these wraps are just as quick but SO much healthier. It is also customizable so you can eat what you like. Here’s a few options to try:

Turkey Poppy Seed Wraps
Large Chard leaves
Sliced turkey
Avocado, thinly sliced
Cheddar cheese slices (I used dairy free)
Poppy seed dressing

Place turkey, avocado and cheese on lettuce leaves and drizzle with dressing.

Other options:
Turkey Cobb Wraps
Lettuce leaves
Sliced Turkey
Sliced boiled eggs

Turkey BLT Wraps
Lettuce leaves
Sliced Turkey

Lettuce options: kale, chard, spinach, romaine, etc
Protein options: turkey, chicken, fish, tofu, etc
Toppings: cheese, bacon, avocado, salad dressings, spices
