This is one of the easiest, tastiest dessert smoothies I have ever made. I was nervous about it but it turned out great. I have a hard time mixing citrus or tart fruits with milk blend because I’m always scared how they will turn out. I went out on a limb here and gave it a try. This would be great on a warm spring or summer day. I would guess it would be easy to switch the pineapple for another fruit. Maybe peaches?! YUM!
1 16 oz bag of frozen pineapple or other fruit
2 cups of vanilla almond milk (or soy)
1/4 cup honey
In a high powered blender, blend fruit, almond milk and honey. Blend for a good couple minutes at least to get the right consistency. Add more milk if necessary to get all of the fruit to blend. Serve immediately or freeze.
