Paleo All Purpose Flour

I found the PERFECT paleo flour blend! I can’t take any credit for this at all. I’ve tried relentlessly to figure out a ratio of coconut flour to almond flour. I finally decided it was worth a google. Ta-da! A HUGE thanks to Becky at A Calculated Whisk for a practical blend of flours that actually work! Paleo 3:2:1 Flour Blend (from A Calculated Whisk)

Makes 4 cups
2 cups almond flour, sifted
1 1/3 cups tapioca starch
2/3 cup coconut flour
I used a sealed container to store my flour. I just added all ingredients and gave it a good shake to mix the flours together. The flour doesn’t last long in my house so I just keep it in the pantry but if you plan to store it, keep in the fridge or freezer.
