My son created the name for this recipe. It’s very simple and quick. All you needed is a few common ingredients and a bowl! You can serve this on sandwich bread, with crackers, tortilla chips, lettuce wraps or by itself! Makes 4 servings
1 cup chopped or shredded chicken
½ cup diced green grapes
½ cup diced avocado
¼ cup celery, diced
¼ cup poppy seed dressing (or similar)
In a bowl, combine ingredients and stir until coated with dressing.
