Meal Plan 11/09/15

20151108_110611Good morning friends –

I hope you’ve all had a great weekend and are getting prepared for the week. With the holidays coming up, I’m sure everyone is getting busy with meal prep, organizing family visits, etc. If you are needing some great tips (or want to check out some more meal plans) head over to Org Junkie!

Speaking of holiday meal prep – my MIL and I went over to Sam’s yesterday to get a jump start on some things for Thanksgiving. She has a HUGE Thanksgiving dinner and we wanted to get stuff early to beat some of the crowds. As we were walking around, I had to check out the cookbooks and magazines (of course). As I was flipping through the latest Taste of Home special edition, I found my face! Yep – they featured my Hearty Sweet Potato & Sausage Hash recipe! It’s really perfect for fall – apples, sage, sweet potatoes, etc. I was VERY surprised and excited to see it. It’s still so crazy to see my name in my very favorite magazine of all time. Head to your local store to check it out! Or go to the ToH website here!

Also – did you see my giveaway for the Dallas GFAF Expo? Two lucky winners will receive lots of goodies from the expo! Giveaway closes SOON – so go to the original post and get entered now!!!

Here’s the meal plan and recipe links for the week. Have a great one!

I love how you’ve got even snacks planned out. Are you pretty good at sticking to your plan or do you change things up as needed? My plans are always flexible depending on my energy levels but it’s still so helpful to have one. Sweet potato quesadillas and the pumpkin chai cookies sound delicious. Stopping by from Menu Plan Monday, I hope you’ll linkup your menu plan with us at Small Victories Sunday Linkup too!

Aww Thanks Tanya! Honestly, I do leave a little wiggle room in my plans. I always make it before I shop for the week so I can spend less as well as use what I already have on hand. There are some days though that I forget to thaw something or just don’t feel like make a big dinner. For the most part though, this keeps us all on track! I will definitely check out the linkup! Thanks for stopping by my blog! 🙂
