Meal Plan 10/6/14 & Motivational Monday

I hope you have had a great Monday – or as great as a Monday can be!

It’s another busy week in our household – actually October is looking to be pretty crazy. That’s why I love having a plan.. it takes some of the stress out of the busy week. For today’s Motivational Monday quote – I decided to go for something different this week. Enjoy this simple quote from Robert Frost – “The best way out is always through.” No matter whether you are trying to move forward or seem to be going backward, just getting through is the most important. So whatever you are trying to get through, keep your chin up!
