Meal Plan 10/4/15

Hello Hello –

Happy October friends! It’s time for the first meal plan for the last quarter of the year! These next few months are my FAVORITE! Although this year, we will be BUSY (more so than usual). We are moving.. again! Hopefully for the last time! Yes, rewind to last June, we were moving into what we thought was our “dream home”. However, my health issues have been rather frustrating and at the forefront of our lives. On one hand, it sucks (there’s not really a better way to put it.). However, it has also changed our perspective for the better. We bought a large home with lots of space, storage, yard, garden, garages, etc. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great home BUT those “things” are not the center of our lives anymore. Our interaction with each other is… we value our time together, the memories we make and the love we share. We don’t need a big house to do that. SSOOOOO, long story short – we listed our house (while fully expecting it to “sit” for at least a year), we had a few people look and in just over a week… we were officially in contract to sell. CRAZY! Now we are packing away as our closing is 3 weeks from today! Whew….

While we may have a lot going on, I’m so excited for all the great recipes I’ve got in store for you – involving pumpkin, apple, cranberry and MUCH more! Stay tuned!
