Meal Plan 07/06/15

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a safe and fun 4th of July holiday weekend (for all of you Americans). For some reason, holidays are not my friend and I always have a flare-up right before celebrating. I’d like to blame it on eating delicious food BUT I’m on a strict liquid diet so I don’t get the opportunity. Regardless, our long weekend was pretty relaxed and involved a lot of resting on my part.

This week, health MUST be on my side because my sweet boy is turning 7 on Wednesday!!! I can’t believe it! He has been on the daily birthday countdown since 40 days out. He is so excited. We are planning a Wild Kratts party and it looks like the weather will be great. Since they were born, I have always made the kids’ birthday cakes from scratch. It was much easier before going gluten free and before their minds were so creative. This year, I was able to find some Wild Kratt cupcake ring toppers for his party so I just have to make the cupcakes – not test my (lack of) artistic abilities.
