Meal Plan 06/29/15

Happy Monday –

I hope you had a great weekend. Saturday, I turned 27! I’ll be honest, at 27 years old, I never thought my life would be like this. I’ve grown to have an unfortunate dislike for holidays. If you think about it, most (if not all) holidays are completely involved with food. The last birthday cake I had was in 2013. If I would have known that it would have been my last piece of cake I would have enjoyed it a little more! We also used to always go out to dinner for birthdays – but now I can’t eat out. With that being said, my husband did a good job of helping me celebrate the best we could. I did make an amazing Chocolate Pudding Pie (allergy friendly!) that I’ll be sharing the recipe for soon!

ANYWAY – be on the lookout this week for some great 4th of July party recipes!
