Meal Plan 06/22/15

Hello all-

I hope everyone had a great weekend – especially all those Father’s out there! I hope my wonderful hubby had a great day – I KNOW he ate like a king for sure! 🙂 He wanted to smoke ribs and I whipped up some fresh cucumbers & onion salad, loaded potato bites, fresh salad and a delicious Wild Blackberry & Rhubarb Pie (recipe coming THIS week!). I can’t leave out breakfast – he had Walnut Raisin Cinnamon Rolls with natural, nitrate-free bacon. YUM!

This week is a busy week for us! If you’ve kept an eye on my health updates – you’ll know that while my cystic fibrosis test results indicated that CF was unlikely – my doctor is still treating my issues the same. I will have round 3 of IV vitamin infusions this week – let’s hope it goes a little better this time. Also, I have my second book signing TOMORROW (Tuesday, June 23rd) at the Columbus Library from 5:30-7:00. The boy and I spent the afternoon making 4 varieties of cookies for sampling.
