Hello Hello!

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! Thank you all for being so patient with me! Things have been so crazy and busy lately! I spent most of last week traveling to hospitals and starting my IV therapy in hopes to get my health back on a positive track. On a more positive side, I had my first book signing to celebrate the release of Real Food Dinners for Two: Healthy Paleo Recipes at Home. It was a crummy day for it (poured rain all day!) but we still had fun! There will be more signings in the future so stay tuned for details – or better yet, sign up for the weekly emails from me and you’ll be the first to know!
