Meal Plan 04/13/15

Good Afternoon friends –

I hope you all had a great weekend. I actually took the weekend off from blog posting (and this morning!). I think I’ve mentioned before that I don’t have a “green thumb” when it comes to gardening…. In our new house, we have a HUGE garden! However, it was really grown up and taken over with small trees, weeds, etc. It has taken weeks to get it cleaned up, prepped and things actually planted. Whew – I have a feeling I’m going to be spending a LOT of time out there this summer! I can’t wait for the abundance of fresh veggies, herbs and fruits!
