Happy February!!! The year is flying already!

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching! If you are needing some allergy-friendly recipe ideas, here’s a list of some of my blog favorites: Valentine’s Day Ideas.

Lent is also quickly approaching – Feb. 10th! My husband and I are doing a Whole30 (really a WholeLent) this year so we will start before Valentine’s. It’s a little challenging yet eye-opening trying to figure out Valentine’s treats without added sugars (honey, maple syrup, everything). It’s crazy to think how holidays are SO focused on sweets – all, not just Valentine’s! I’ve done a Whole30 before so I know what to expect but it’s still a little intimidating. Have any of you completed a Whole30?
