Meal Plan 01/11/16

Hello friends!

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. How are those New Year’s Resolutions going? I must say, ours are going pretty well! Remember, we didn’t really “set” any… we are just making conscious efforts to ‘do better’ in all areas – faith, family, food, fitness, etc.

We’ve been busy… busy doing things we don’t want to. We are slowly learning that RV living has some unfortunate challenges, especially in winter. Yes, I understand these RVs weren’t made for full-time, winter living but sheesh. We have had a severe moisture problem and I have a feeling I will be constantly trying to combat water issues until the house is complete. We also woke up to frozen water yesterday. Granted, the temps were VERY cold but we spent a significant amount of ‘extra’ money getting an heated water hose set up so this wouldn’t happen. Thankfully, my husband rocks: he literally spent 3 hours in 10F weather this morning trying to get us going again. Lucky for us, Kansas weather is crazy and it’s supposed to be in the 50s later this week. SOOO if you have any good RV winter living tips, we’d love to have them!
