Meal Plan 01/11/15 & Motivation

Good Morning!
I hope you all had a great weekend and that your new year is starting off just as great! How are your new year plans/goals/resolutions/changes going? I’m currently on Day 11 of my Whole30 challenge. I will be doing a review of it soon and explaining why I decided to in the first place. Overall, I miss my chocolate dearly BUT I do think it’s helping those pesky sugar cravings!

In other news, be sure to check back here on this blog today as I’m having a GIVEAWAY! If you haven’t yet, sign up for my weekly emails so you don’t miss any recipes, meal plans or giveaways! Don’t worry- I won’t bombard you with emails. I only send weekly (usually Monday’s) unless I have something truly amazing to share with you. Sign up here!!

Now for today’s motivation! Let’s keep it short and simple – “Enjoy today. Celebrate the little things.” – Unknown. Too often we wait and anticipate big, profound things that we overlook all those great little things throughout our day. Today, just pay attention to those little things and you may realize that you are more blessed than you thought!

Here’s this week’s meal plan. Have a great week!!!

We have done two whole30’s and love it. We started back on it again last Monday but we are doing more of an 80/20, but we love it. I found so many great recipes and we both feel so much better when we follow it. I am adding your Mexican Chicken soup to our plan for next week! Looks SO good!!
