Meal Plan 01/04/16

Hello!

Time for the first meal plan of 2016! One of my blog goals for this year is to provide more easy meals that are still healthy – slow-cooker meals, pressure cooker meals, meals ready in less than 30 minutes, etc. I’ve decided to go with  “Short-cut Saturday” to get those recipes out there to you.

In addition, I’ve also created “Wellness Wednesday” in which I share something related to overall wellness – it might be a new food I’ve found, uses for essential oils, a new resource, etc. The purpose of this blog is to share healthy living information that’s also allergy-friendly. Recipes fall into that category but I also want to give you the best information I have – related to food or not! Don’t worry, I’ll still share TONS of recipes! So stay tuned for all that exciting stuff!

Overall, we want to continue to expand our tools for living healthier AND also improve our lifestyles – as compared to last year. We don’t call it resolutions but we do want to improve! For us, that means using food that is stockpiled in our freezers – less waste, save money, etc. What’s your New Year’s goals? And more importantly, how can I help with them?!
