Maple Dijon Chicken

I was a little skeptical about trying this dish. We love Honey Mustard and we love dijon mustard and maple syrup. It was combining the syrup and the dijon mustard that scared me. However, the combination was perfect. I’ll be honest, I’m always trying new recipes so once I get a recipe perfected, I don’t make it often – since I’m always trying new ones. However, THIS… THIS will definitely come into our frequent rotation. My husband and kids said it was one of the best! Serve it with some roasted potatoes and a side salad for a complete meal. Makes 4 servings
