Ginger Honey Peach Parfait

I’m not sure why, but honey and ginger just goes great together. Throw in some peaches and you’ve got a treat. I love Pinterest and it is very addicting. I pin all of these ridiculously unhealthy and crazy dessert recipes, knowing they aren’t on my diet. Then later when I’m trying to find an evening snack, I realize “You don’t need that homemade Oreo pie.” And then recipes like this are born. Sometimes you just need a quick and easy snack to satisfy that sweet tooth but you don’t want to ruin your waistline or add unnecessary junk to your body. Try a parfait – plus they are great for breakfast too! Makes 1 serving

1 carton of plain yogurt (dairy free if necessary)
¼ cup diced peaches
1 tsp honey
½ tsp ground ginger
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve!
