These may not be the best looking – I’ll probably have to redo the recipe to get a MUCH better picture – but they taste great. My husband helped me out with these when we were looking for a quick dinner option to cook outside. These are crispy, yet moist and loaded with tart, dill flavors. Serve these on a crisp, cool lettuce buns or by themselves. Makes 4 burgers
2 large salmon filets (about 3 oz each)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 coconut flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp ginger
-
In a large bowl, flake salmon filets into very small pieces. Add in remaining ingredients and blend together with your hands until well combined. Form into patties.

Place burgers onto a sheet of foil and grill over high heat for about 20 minutes – turning halfway through cooking. You can also cook indoors on a skillet or broil in the oven.
