This is one of those throw together leftover meals but it was SO good that I have to share it. I’ve mentioned before but my husband is an “award winning” pork smoker. We had some leftovers that we were tired of just warming up so I threw together this pizza. The bell peppers really add to the dish and it is delicious. Makes 4 servings
Spread barbeque sauce over pizza crust. Top with pork pieces, bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle over shredded cheese. Bake at 425F for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes and cut into slices.
