Sometimes you just need something simple to satisfy your sweet tooth (or your children). These bites will do both! It takes simple, common ingredients and just a few minutes to get a quick little treat! These could also be frozen to have a slightly different dessert. This makes about 25-30 bites
2 large bananas, cut into about ¼” slices
1 6oz carton of yogurt (I used plain coconut yogurt)
1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 oz chocolate (cut into tiny pieces or into shavings)
1 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and peanut butter until well blended.
- On a serving plate, place banana slices.
- Spread yogurt mixture onto bananas.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and walnuts.
