I’m currently on a grain elimination diet so that means no bun to enjoy these awesome burgers. However, these burgers are so good, you don’t need to add a pointless bun. Throw on some toppings if you’d like or eat plain. The rosemary and garlic are great flavors to add to the ground chicken. I prefer topping mine with some avocado slices but feel free to add whatever you like! Makes 4 burgers
1 lb of ground chicken
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp rosemary, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp thyme
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Form into four patties and flatten with your palm.
- Cook burgers on the grill or in a skillet.
