Pressure Cooker 5 Bean Chili

If you were gifted a pressure cooker this holiday season, put it to use with this easy and delicious recipe!

Since I am Paleo most of the time, our chili doesn’t usually have beans- so if that’s you, check out the Paleo option at the end of the recipe! However, I decided to enjoy this classic recipe.

Cooking beans from scratch is a very time consuming process – soaking for hours, cooking for hours. BUT with the pressure cooker, you can have the same delicious meal in a fraction of the time!

Want to save even more time? You can easily use canned beans in this recipe instead. Simply replace each bean with a 15oz can, use only 2 cups of broth and cut the time to 15 minutes of pressure cooking.

If you don’t have a pressure cooker, I highly recommend them. Seriously, it is my most used, most loved and most valued kitchen gadget. This Instant Pot is a real winner but you can find so many brands and options on Amazon.
