Overnight Noats

If you’ve been on Pinterest or similar type site lately, you’ll know that Overnight Oats have been a HUGE hit. Honestly, it’s simple to understand why: place some easy, handy ingredients in a jar and the next morning, breakfast is a breeze! What about all those people who can’t handle or don’t eat oats or other grains? Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! It took a little tweaking, but I think this recipe is a winner! I wanted to combine a few healthy, delicious ingredients to make a hearty breakfast. Here’s a few options for you! Each jar is one serving

Overnight Noats

Basic Recipe
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp flax seed
1/4 cup mixed fruit (dried or fresh)
Almond or coconut milk
half pint jars

In the jar, add in chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, flax seed and fruit. Add in enough milk to almost fill the jar (leave about 1/2″ at the top of the jar).

Cherry Pie
Basic Recipe using:
cherries and bananas for fruit
coconut milk
dash of honeyOv

Superfruit Blend
Basic Recipe using:
goji berries, dragon fruit and banana for fruit
coconut milk

N’Oatmeal Cookie
Basic Recipe using:
bananas and raisins for fruit
A dash of ground cinnamon
Almond milk

Almond Joy
Basic Recipe using:
Bananas for fruit
A dash of cacao powder
Almond milk
