This smoothie is full of sweet and spicy flavors just like you’d find in a slice of your favorite banana bread. It’s a great beverage for breakfast, dessert or a post-workout boost. Makes 1 serving
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Dash of vanilla extract
Dash of ground nutmeg
8 oz coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 Tbsp protein powder(if desired)
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth – about a minute. Pour into a glass and serve.
