Air-Fryer Garden Green Beans

I’m like a kitchen gadget hoarder. Seriously, don’t buy me shoes or jewelry… this girl LOVES being in the kitchen. Lucky for me, my husband gets it and got me an air-fryer for Christmas. I’ve been enjoying testing all sorts of things in it. However, our favorite dish so far has to be these green beans. I love roasted green beans but I hate using the oven in the evenings during summer so the air-fryer makes easy work of this! If you don’t have an air-fryer, no worries! This bakes up just fine in the oven! Makes about 4 servings

2 lbs green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch long pieces
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 lbs sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasonings
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients. Pour ingredients into air-fryer basket. Cook on 400F for about 20 minutes. * NOTE: my fryer has a “Chip” setting and I used that!*

Remove from basket fryer, let cool slightly and serve!
